Good Morning,
Effective Oct. 9, 2019, remittances to close family members* will be limited to $1,000 USD in any consecutive 3-month period from one sender to one Cuban National and the Cuba donative remittance category will be eliminated.
Western Union is making changes to comply with new Cuba regulations. Further details will be shared as they become available.
*Close family members are defined as any individual related to that person by blood, marriage, or adoption who’s no more than three generations removed from that person or from a common ancestor.
